Katie Firedancing, MS, LAC
Katie Firedancing, MS, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor, trained in EMDR trauma therapy as well as Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. Katie holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. She has recently completed her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. Katie completed her 10 month internship with Beauty for Ashes Therapy in June 2019 and will be continuing her work as a Licensed Associate Counselor under the supervision of Danielle Cutrer, MS, LPC who is an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
Katie is passionate about couples both married and pre-marital, equipping them to have healthier relationships through facilitating healthy attachment and vulnerable connection. Katie employs the therapeutic frameworks of Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, as well as the Gottman Method when working with couples. She believes that marriage is one of the most beautiful and transformational unions, however as a married woman herself understands the challenges that accompany joining ones life with another. Katie also enjoys working with individuals, helping each person to seek healing for their trauma through the framework of EMDR Therapy. When she is not counseling Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and family.

Jessica Tracy, MS, LAC
Jessica Tracy, MS, LAC is a Licensed Associate Counselor living in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and their dog. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix with her Master of Science in Professional Counseling.
Jessica is originally from Texas and being from a military family, spent her childhood moving to different states and countries. Before pursuing the mental health field, Jessica graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas with an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies. She also served as a missionary in Northern Asia and obtained her Minister’s License.
Jessica’s passion for mental health developed after serving with various ministries at her church and going to counseling herself. She experienced personally the effects that mental health and trauma play into spiritual, physical, emotional, and relational health. Her desire is to walk with you on your journey of healing and hope.
Jessica is roots-focused and believes in finding where your present-day concerns began so you can heal. Jessica is also EMDR level 2 trained and works with kids, adolescents, individuals, and couples.
In her spare time, Jessica likes to read, go on walks with her dog, hike, cook, sing, play music, and spend time with family.

Michelle Vaughn, MS, LAC
Michelle Vaughn is a Licensed Associate Counselor who has lived in Surprise, Arizona for more than 30 years. After raising her children, she returned to school to complete her education when she felt God calling her to use her passion for serving others. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, and a Master’s of Science degree in Professional Counseling with an Emphasis in Trauma, both from Grand Canyon University. In addition to her education, Michelle has served with her local church in a volunteer pastoral role, and with her city’s Crisis Response program, both of which have provided her with opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus to people who are hurting.
Michelle enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan and is privileged to provide a faith-based approach to her clients. She is passionate about the importance of the therapeutic relationship and its ability to help individuals heal and find hope in their future.
Michelle is accepting new clients immediately and is trained to offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) services. Outside of her therapeutic work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, her children, and their 3 dogs. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time in worship of her Creator.
Michelle is working towards independent licensure, and is being supervised by Danielle Cutrer, MS, LPC. Michelle currently works out of the Surprise location.
Natalie Bowman, MS, LAC
Natalie Bowman is a Master’s level therapist & Licensed Associate Counselor. She is a Phoenix native but currently lives in Tucson with her husband of 6 years and her two young sons. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors degree in Family Studies and Human Development and received her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
She worked for 7 years as a biblical counselor to teenage girls in crisis through Springboard Teen Challenge, a 3-6 month inpatient rehabilitation facility. She also worked as a behavior coach at an elementary school for 2 years, helping children who were struggling with behavior issues in school. She has a passion for young girls and women, marriages & families, and new mothers struggling with postpartum depression and loves helping others find healing and freedom through Christ. Natalie is a trauma-informed therapist and is EMDR trained.
